Wine-based Vodka shot? Yes, please!

In the vibrant world of cocktails, vodka-based shots hold a special place, offering a quick burst of flavor and energy to kickstart any evening. But what if we told you there’s a lower ABV alternative to traditional vodka that allows you to serve shots with only your beer and wine license? Yes! We introduce you to Klir Red by Premium Blend®, a wine-based alternative that captures the essence of triple-distilled vodka with a unique twist.

Klir Red (wine-based Vodka)

Introducing Klir Red: Wine-based Vodka!

“If you like Vodka, you will love Klir Red!” At 24% and 17% alcohol by volume, Klir Red embodies the clean taste and smooth texture of traditional vodka while offering a distinctive profile that sets it apart. Crafted by Premium Blend®, this wine-based alternative opens doors for bartenders and enthusiasts alike, providing a legal and accessible option for creating tantalizing cocktails with only a beer and wine license.

Classic Shots That Never Go Out of Style:

The Lemon Drop shot: This zesty concoction combines Klir Red, lemon juice, and simple syrup, often served with a sugared rim. Its tartness is balanced by the sweetness of the sugar, resulting in a refreshing shot that packs a punch.

Use 1 oz. of Klir Red 24% and 1 oz. of Le’ Cello Lemon Specialty 24%. Add ingredients to the cocktail shaker with a pinch of sugar. Shake for 10 seconds. Slice up lime wedges, coat them with sugar, and use them as a chaser.

The Black Russian shot: While typically enjoyed as a cocktail, the Black Russian can be transformed into a potent shot with just two ingredients: Klir Red and coffee liqueur. Its rich, dark flavors evoke images of smoky lounges and sophisticated evenings.

Use 1 ½  oz. of Klir Red 24% and ½ oz. of Kafe Luna 14% (coffee liqueur). Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Optional: Rim one side of the shot glass with coffee grinds and cocoa powder mixture.

The White Russian shot: A twist on its darker counterpart, the White Russian shot incorporates Klir Red, coffee liqueur, and a splash of cream. Its creamy texture and hint of sweetness make it a decadent choice for those with a penchant for indulgence.

Use 1 oz. of Klir Red, ½ oz. of Féileacàn Irish Cream, and ½ oz. of Kafé Luna (coffee liqueur). Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Top off the shot glass with a small amount of whipped cream.
