Timeless Cocktail Recipes for the Ones Who Like to Keep It Classy

As a restaurant or bar owner, having a complete list of classy cocktail ideas to roll out during an upscale party or event is essential. Many people like the look and taste of older classic drinks such as a Martini, Old Fashioned, or a Manhattan. Below we put together a list of classy beverages to serve during your next event. Cosmopolitan

  • 3 ounces Vodka Klir Red 24% (Vodka alternative)
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice 
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Triple Luna Snaps (Triple Sec alternative)

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and serve in a chilled Martini glass with a garnish.

Espresso Martini

  • 2 ounces Klir Red 24% (Vodka alternative)
  • 1 ounce espresso (or ½ shot of cold brew)
  • 2 ounce Kafé Luna (Coffee Liqueur alternative)
  • ½ ounce simple syrup (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass with a garnish.

Pour the Santos Peach mix into a Champagne flute and slowly top off with Cinque Stelle Prosecco.

Old Fashioned

  • 2 tsp sugar syrup or 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1-2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 3 ounces Candian Wicket 24% (Whiskey alternative)
  • Soda water (optional)
  • Orange slice

Combine the sugar, water, and bitters in a tumbler. Dissolve the sugar and fill your glass with ice. Stir in the Candian Wicket. Add a splash of soda water and the tumbler mix. Garnish with an orange slice and optional cherry.

Old Fashioned

Add Martin & Collins to Champagne flute, then top off with Prosecco. Finally, add a sprinkle of edible glitter to each glass for some extra glitz.

Red Sangria Spritzer

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass with ice. Garnish with fresh fruit or herbs.  Fresh mint and an orange wedge add a nice touch.

Manhattan

  • 3 ounces Candian Wicket 24% (Whiskey alternative)
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth (chilled)
  • One dash of Angostura bitters (optional)

Keep the Candian Wicket and vermouth chilled. Add bitters, ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon wedge and cocktail cherry.
