Coffee cocktails are a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy your favorite caffeine fix with a twist. Many people love to combine their favorite coffee with a bit of booze to create a delicious, energetic pick-me-up beverage.

Féilea-Café

  • 2 oz Féileacán Choco Irish Cream 
  • 1 oz Kafé Luna (Wine-based Coffee liqueur)
  • 8 oz ice
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream

Blend all the ingredients together. Before serving, pour chocolate syrup around the glass and serve. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles for a delightful finish.

Féilea-Café Cocktail

Kafé Noir

Cousin to the black and white Russian drinks, the Kafé Noir is a delectable concoction that your customers are sure to love. 

Combine all ingredients and serve over ice.

  • 2 oz Klir Red (Wine-based Vodka)
  • 2 oz Kafé Luna (Wine-based Coffee liqueur)
  • 1 oz espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

Mix the Klir Red, Kafé Luna, espresso, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans and enjoy!
