Feileacan Choco Slide

A Féileacán Choco Slide is a decadent and indulgent cocktail that combines the rich flavors of red wine, chocolate, and Irish cream. The creaminess and richness of the ingredients create a satisfying after dinner cocktail that will satisfy any customers sweet tooth.

  • 2 oz. Féileacán Irish Country Cream 14% (Irish Cream Liqueur alternative)
  • 2 oz. Choco Noir Chocolate Wine 14%
  • 8 oz. ice
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Whipped cream

In a cocktail blender add the Feileacan Irish cream, Choco Noir and ice. Blend for 15-20 seconds or until smooth. Before serving, line the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup and pour blended liquid in martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream on top and add some chocolate shavings.
