Pumpkin Spice Martini:

  • 3 oz Klir Red 24% (wine-based vodka)
  • 1 oz Féileacán Irish Cream 14% (wine-based Irish cream)
  • 1/2 oz. Pumpkin Spice creamer 
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Rim the glass with crushed-up graham crackers.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.

  • 2 oz Kafe Luna 14% (wine-based coffee liqueur)
  • 2 oz Klir Red 24% (wine-based vodka)
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice creamer
  • Add ice and stir. Garnish with whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg or cinnamon.

Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned:

  • 3 oz ConnoisSir VSOP 24% (wine-based cognac)
  • 1/2 oz pumpkin spice syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel and a cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Stir the ingredients with ice, then strain over fresh ice. Garnish with the orange peel and cinnamon stick.

Pumpkin Spice Irish Coffee:  (Hot)

  • 2 oz Féileacán Irish Cream 14% (wine-based Irish cream)
  • 1 oz Candian Wicket 24% (wine-based whiskey)
  • 4 oz Fresh brewed hot coffee
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice creamer or homemade pumpkin spice syrup
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Pumpkin Spice Margarita:

Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer

Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy:  (Hot)

  • 3 oz. Rhumbero Spice 24% (wine-based rum)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 4-6 oz hot water
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

In a heatproof glass or mug, mix pumpkin puree, honey, and lemon juice. Add the rum or bourbon, then top with hot water. Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy (Hot)

Pumpkin Spice Wicket Sour:

  • 3 oz Candian Wicket 24% (wine-based whiskey)
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz egg white (optional, for frothiness)
  • Dash of Angostura bitters
  • Pumpkin pie spice for garnish. 

In a shaker, combine Candian Wicket, pumpkin spice syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
